The first night at The Hit-House in Copenhagen in 1966.  After just seven days together and a very short rehearsal time, the band make their first appearance on stage in Copenhagen.

A few seconds before this photo was taken, the band had heard themselves introduced (in Danish) as "the English surfing group Shelley".  Nothing could have been further from the truth - Shelley performed Motown and Soul numbers.
